Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents must be submitted electronically using the Pre-Bid RFI Form provided with the Bid Documents, directed to Leslie Gonzalez at lgonzalez@hdgarchitects-pgh.com. Notification of Addenda will be issued electronically via email to registered plan holders. Ross Township and Ross Township Police Department, shall not be directly contacted except to schedule access to the Project site. Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance Bonds, Proof of Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance in the amounts specified in the Supplementary Conditions and Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance are to be filed with the executed Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice to Award the Contract. Prevailing Wage rates must be paid on all of the work of this Contract. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit as provided in the Bid Documents. Each Bid shall also be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety company authorized to act as a surety company in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made payable to Ross Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. d.
