Renovation of a fire / police facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Sealed proposals will be received by Ross Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania for:RENOVATIONS TO ROSS TOWNSHIP POLICE STATION 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237 The Project involves Toilet and Locker Room renovations to create a dedicated womens Toilet/Locker Room and Lactation room, reconfigure the mens toilet room, and replace all existing lockers under an alternate bid. The Primes Construction Contracts for this project are: General Construction. Bids must be submitted in a sealed, non-transparent envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words, Renovations to Ross Township Police Station,along with Bidder s name, address, phone number and contact person. Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents must be submitted electronically using the Pre-Bid RFI Form provided with the Bid Documents, directed to Leslie Gonzalez atlgonzalez@hdgarchitects-pgh.com. Prevailing Wage rates must be paid on all of the work of this Contract. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each Bid shall also be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety company authorized to act as a surety company in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, made payable to Ross Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. Ross Township reserves the right to hold any or all Bids for a period of Sixty (60) days after the date of the opening thereof. No bidder may withdraw his/its Bid during the Sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee, except as permitted by law. Ross Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularities therein.
