Rooftop Unit #6 serves half of the facilitys gymnasium. Rooftop Unit #8 serves the facilitys locker rooms, pool hallway and Family Changing Rooms. all bidders must be pre-qualified by calling Debbi Yelich @ 412.831.9000 x2170. Please submit the requested information no later than 3:30 PM on Friday, May 2, 2025. No bids will be opened from bidders that have not been previously pre-qualified by the Township of Upper St. Clair. Bids to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Township of Upper St. Clair in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
