As of May 20, 2022, the project was awarded to Massaro Corporation, with an awarded amount of $1,653,000 Cooper-Siegel Community Library - Renovations Lower Leve1 Renovations to Cooper-Siegel Community Library Lower Level 403 Fox Chapel Road Pittsburgh, PA 15238 A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to the Cooper-Siegel Community Library, must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by the Cooper-Siegel Community Library Board No bona fide proposals shall be altered or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening Written questions will be accepted through Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 at the office of Axis Architecture, P.C., 2328 Pitcairn Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15146.
