This project involves improvements to Meadowcroft Park located on N. Meadowcroft Boulevard, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; existing site feature demolition and protection; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control measures; asphalt paving including bituminous mill and overlay; concrete paving including sidewalks and existing stair replacement; handrails; basketball hoop installation; line striping; fence removal and replacement; associated landscaping and plantings, and any and all appurtenances, complete in place. Add Alternates Add Alternates for this project include additional tree removal and restoration; concrete pad construction and shade structure installation; sports court coating and line striping; and any and all appurtenances, complete in place. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of The Municipality of Mt. Lebanon in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. Docs notes: where sets of said documents may be obtained, upon payment of fifty ($50.00) dollars. No refund or exchange will be made for the return of any documents. A ten ($10.00) dollar mailing fee will be charged for any documents delivered by U.S. mail.
