Site work and paving for a civil project in Darby, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: replacement of qty (4) storm inlets, addition of qty (1) storm inlet, miscellaneous curbing, lining and replacement of storm sewer main pipe, and milling and resurfacing of 300SY asphalt cartway with wearing course and 10% incidental baser repairs on New Walnut St.. Optional items include scratch coat. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any bid and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder(s) whose services are judged to best meet the interests of the Borough. A certified check or bid bond shall be included with the bid for 10% of the bid total. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety authorized to issued bonds in Pennsylvania. Work must be completed by 6/30/25.
