As of August 4, 2025, an apparent low bidder has been identified. A firm construction timeline is currently unknown. HVAC: Separate primes. Historic renovation of existing, Circa 1872, 1600 SF, library facility and 340 SF elevator tower addition. Trades required: HVAC package. GC: Permit ready MEP drawings, Structural drawings and Civil available in plan room with specifications. This package is anticipated to start late August 2025.
