The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for Material Testing Services and Special Inspection Coordinator required during the construction of the new Manchester Public Library, 1041 Main Street, Manchester, CT 06040. The work at the new Manchester Public Library consists of a new 70,000 square foot Municipal Public Library and associated sitework. This project meets sustainable energy goals and includes photovoltaic and geothermal systems.
