Site work and paving for a civil project in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing, installing, testing, and making operational approximately 7,590 L.F. of 8-inch, 11,900 L.F. of 18-inch diameter PVC recycled waterline; 800 L.F. of 24-inch steel casing via open cut and placement, installing service laterals, meter boxes, and meters, all pipeline appurtenances, and all associated paving, trenching, and surface restoration; import materials; excavation, backfilling, compaction, paving, traffic control and all other work and materials to complete the contract work. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The Engineer's Estimated Construction Cost is $14,000,000. All work under this contract shall be completed and operational within 330 calendar days from the date the District gives written Notice of Award to the Contractor. The District has determined that a Class A (General Engineering Contractor) license is necessary to bid on this project. If the bidder is a specialty contractor, the bidder is alerted to the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 7059. The Contractor is required to carefully review and adhere to the exhibits outlining the District's requirements concerning grant funding and labor compliance.
