Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City of Jurupa Valley ("City") invites qualified and interested consultants to prepare and submit a proposal for construction management and inspection services For Construction Management and Inspection Services for various capital improvement project (Projects) . The city has identified four distinct projects and the consultant for each project will be selected based on the individual project proposal. It is important to note that a single consultant may be awarded one or more project depending upon the strength and competitiveness of their proposals. The purpose of this Request of Proposals (RFP) is to select the most-qualified Consultant to provide Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Geotechnical & Materials Testing Services for 2024-25 citywide pavement rehabilitation project. The projects involve removing and replacing existing AC Pavement, cold mill and asphalt overlay, asphalt pothole repairs, replacement of PCC sidewalk, curb and gutter, signal modifications, slurry seal, signage and striping and miscellaneous work as indicated on the construction plans, including other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper completion of the projects. The projects are described below: 1. Market street pavement reconstruction and signal modification from Rubidoux Blvd. to Via Carro. Work includes new curb, signal modifications, full depth AC reconstruction, grind and overlay and signage and striping. The engineers' cost estimate for the project is $4.2 million. (19108) 2. Pacific Ave Phase 2 from Limonite Avenue to 42nd Street. (23115) Work includes, new curb, storm drain improvements, full depth AC reconstruction, grind and overlay, construction of sidewalk and ADA ramps, and signage and striping. The engineers' cost estimate for the project is 3. 2024/2025 Citywide Pavement Rehab Project. Pavement rehabilitation along various streets (TBD), map of the proposed streets is attached.
