As of April 29, 2025, the project awarded to All Cities Engineering, Inc., with the awarded amount of $5,919,335 The projects consist of furnishing, installing, testing and making operational approximately 4,990 L.F. of 8-inch and 4,130 L.F. of 12-inch diameter C-909 PVC waterline; installation of new water service and meter box; import materials; excavation, backfilling, compaction, paving, traffic control, make all connections to existing waterlines, abandonment of existing waterlines and associated appurtenances and all other work and materials to complete the contract work. Furnishing, installing, testing and making operational approximately installing 2,430 LF of 8-inch diameter SDR-35 PVC sewerline and removing approximately 2,430 L.F. of existing 8-inch diameter VCP sewerline removing and replacing existing sewer manholes, and rehabilitating existing sewer manholes; and all associated paving, trenching, and surface restoration import materials; excavation, backfilling, compaction, paving, traffic control and all other work and materials to complete the contract work. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings. The Engineer s Estimated Construction Cost is $6,135,000 . All work under this contract shall be completed and operational within 350 calendar days from the date District gives written "Notice of Award" to the Contractor.
