Site work and paving for a civil project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 360 feet of storm sewer along Bellevue Street from Camburn Street to Lincoln Street. Rotomill and resurface pavement from Camburn Street to Lincoln Street. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contract documents may be examined online or at the offices of: City of Stanton, 225 S. Camburn Street, Stanton, MI 48888 Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Dr., Grand Rapids, MI 49525 And some local plan rooms. Digital drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, digital or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Stanton in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of Ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by October 24, 2025.
