Site work and renovation of a civil project in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
3. SCOPE OF PROJECT The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2,600 feet of 10-inch HDPE storm force main including fittings, structures, etc. One complete simplex suction lift pump station including lake outlet structure, precast wet well, packaged pump and valve enclosure, piping, electrical, controls, and site work. Also included is all associated equipment, site work, and restoration. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Kent County Drain Commissioner. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Kent County Drain Commissioner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. Question Deadline 04/17/2025 at 5:00 PM ET
