Closure of the present construction and demolition disposal site at the Richmond Solid Waste Management Facility at 634 Highway 206, West Arichat. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from engineering consultants has been awarded. The intent is to have the new C&D site in operation in 2026, subject to receiving the necessary approvals from NSECC. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed late summer 2025.
