Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grandview, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: Installation of approximately 25,340 SY asphalt mill & overlay, new concrete sidewalk and multi-use path, curb ramps, curb & gutter, concrete driveway, retaining walls, rectangular rapid flashing beacon, storm sewer inlets and pipe, pavement marking, signage, traffic control, erosion control measures, and construction staking All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file seven (7) days prior to bid opening. A bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. .
