Construction of the monument sign structure, including all framing, masonry, and architectural finishes. Installation of lighting components to ensure proper illumination of the sign, in accordance with electrical and safety codes. Placement and stabilization of a decorative rock bed surrounding the sign, enhancing the visual impact and integrating with the surrounding landscape. Final grading and site cleanup to restore and finish the area to project standards. The contract provides for the construction and installation of one (1) Grandview Gateway Monument Sign, including integrated sign lighting and an adjacent landscape rock bed. All work shall be completed in accordance with the approved design plans and specifications.
