Statements of Qualifications should include a brief letter of introduction; experience of the firm; resumes of key personnel and respective roles; an organizational chart; a listing of previously completed K-12 projects during the past three years noting the scope of work and project contact person; a listing of current projects; references including at least three clients. Please focus on brevity in your proposal. The Statements of Qualifications shall not exceed fifteen pages in length. The School District will review all proposals and schedule interviews (phone or personal) accordingly. Professional Engineering Consultants Central Kitsap School District and North Kitsap School District are seeking qualified Engineering Consultants to provide on-call services for May 2025 to April 2028, with the option of extending the period of performance an additional two-year period up to April 2030. The Consultants chosen will provide professional services for Central Kitsap School District and North Kitsap School District on an as needed basis. The work to be performed may consist of plans, specifications, estimates, reports and/or other work as assigned. Both Districts may need the services of consultants with expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: • Electrical Engineering • Mechanical Engineering • Environmental Engineering & Hazardous Materials • Materials Testing & Inspection An informational Request
