PROJECT NAME: Rohde Building ADA Corrections LOCATION: Miami, Florida : PROJECT SCOPE The selected Construction Manager at Risk will be renovating approximately forty (40) restrooms in the North and South Towers of the Rohde Facility in Miami, Florida, and additional renovations for ADA compliance at the Facility over a multi-year phased approach with the scope dependent on annual funding. The renovations will conform to Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards and REDM design standards. 100% signed and sealed Construction Documents (blueprints) are available for the entire scope of work and will be provided to the selected Construction Manager. The scope includes but is not limited to: interior remodeling of men's and women's restrooms; installation of new plumbing fixtures; addition of new restroom accessories; relocation of doors to provide the required clearance; and replacement of wall tiles. All work will be to ADA standards and compliance. Additional work for this project could include work detailed in the 2014 report for ADA Corrections at the Rohde Facility, including Parking Garage #62. This report will be provided to the selected Construction Manager. Current funding is approximately $970,500 for the current phase with additional funding contingent upon future appropriation by the Legislature.
