Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bolivar, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
*As of July 15, 2025 this project has been awarded to Grinder Taber Grinder, Inc. for $52,510.06. The project consists of improvements to chlorine storage building and exterior piping. Work includes sandblast and paint, CMU improvements, new steel gates, and light fixture. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of City of Bolivar. Bids must be submitted with envelope label (provided in the bid documents) affixed to the front of the envelope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline: 04/22/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
