Sewer Lagoon Upgrades - New Aeration System, The Sewer Lagoon Upgrades - New Aeration System is a utility improvement project with several functions for the Bolivar, Tennessee community. The Project includes demolition of existing surface aerators and installing new surface aerators in two lagoons and new floating wetlands in one lagoon. This project is being supported American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
