Renovation of a recreation facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Bids for installation of metal roof overlay of the Fond du Lac County Expo Center addition located at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds, 520 Fond du Lac Ave, Fond du Lac, WI. Fond du Lac County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and the right to disregard all nonconforming proposals. If the project is awarded, it shall be awarded to the bid that will best serve the interests of Fond du Lac County. Fond du Lac County is requesting bids for the metal roof overlay of the Fond du Lac County Expo Center Addition at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds located at 520 Fond du Lac Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. This project includes but not limited to: o Mobilize to site o Obtain all proper permits o Load roof with materials and set up OSHA standard safety requirements o Install new EPS flute fill in metal roof panels down to the existing gutter system o Mechanically fasten .5" recovery board over the EPS flute fill with approved fasteners o Mechanically fasten 60mil TPO single ply membrane over the new .5" recovery board with approved fasteners and hot air weld TPO membrane to seams o Flash all penetration and attachments and terminate with approved roofing materials o Flash perimeter of the roof section with 60mil TPO single ply membrane and secure with a one inch aluminum termination bar and approved sealant and fasteners o Test for watertight seal o Clean up all tools and debris from the job site daily
