Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Galiano Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,001-square-foot, two-story above grade, 20-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The project consists of the construction of 20 new residential units. This will include four separate buildings of stacked & row townhomes, plus an additional building to house water treatment equipment & shared laundry. All buildings to be slab on grade & stick framed. Phase 2 will include construction of the buildings including all finishes and certain site works such as landscaping & asphalt paving Site development, specifically civil & septic works were included in the phase 1 tender and are not included in this tender Project located on Galiano Island.
