Martin-Harris Construction, in its capacity as Construction Manager at Risk, and pursuant to NRS 338.16991, hereby invites properly licensed subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors to submit a qualification application to become eligible to bid. The work consists of the construction of a new elementary, middle, and high school on the existing school site. The existing school will remain occupied and functional during construction of the new school. Construction will be phased to include abatement and demolition of the existing school buildings; construction of new ball fields, courts, parking lot, and off-site improvements; and installation of new services for wet and dry utilities. Small, local, diverse, and disadvantaged subcontractors, suppliers, material and equipment vendors are encouraged to participate in this qualification process directly and through bidding subcontractors. All interested parties must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Firms not appearing in the NSPWD List of Qualified Bidders may obtain a qualification application from Martin-Harris.
