Chip & Seal for Union & Tower Roads (Approximately 5.75 miles) Price bid per square yard using 5/8" washed cover material applied at 35 pounds per yard using CHFRS-2P at .4500 gallon per square yard. Shot rate may very .500 Questions concerning this bid must be addressed to Jason Shanks, Kay County Commissioner District#2, Newkirk, Oklahoma at 580-362-2231. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids. Minor variations from the Specifications will be evaluated, if the basic requirements are met in your bid. All vendors must be registered with online in order to comply with any federal bidding regulations All bids must be accompanied by a Business Relationship Affidavit, a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification (these forms are included in Bid Packet). Bidders will be asked to provide County with Bid, Performance and Maintenance Bonds and proof of liability insurance. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked in the lower left corner: "Sealed Bid#2025-17 - CHIP & SEAL FOR UNION & TOWER ROADS, along with the time and date of opening
