Rick Scott Construction, Inc. acting as the construction manager, on behalf of Newkirk Public Schools, will receive Sealed Bids for: Newkirk Public Schools New Field House. As of January 29, 2025, Construction has commenced and all trades have been awarded. Per the construction manager: A common questions for all trades is regarding notes shown on the drawings, with no obvious reference on that page. G101 has the notes for the project. This Construction Notes list has all of the numbers and explanations. The door schedule is also at the end of the 2nd spec book. It gives the info needed for doors and frames. Direct all questions and correspondence during the bidding phase to: estimating@rickscottconstruction.com . No correspondence shall be directed toward the owner, architect, engineer or designer and any correspondence with them is not binding. This project is tax exempt. Construction is expected to start February 2025. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
