Rick Scott Construction acting as the construction manager on behalf of the Newkirk Public Schools is accepting sealed bids for the addition of a 2,063 square foot single story vocational training center to the High School. As of March 4, 2025, construction has commenced and all trades have been awarded by the construction manager. Direct all questions and correspondence during the bidding phase to:estimating@rickscottconstruction.com No correspondence shall be directed toward the owner, architect, engineer or designer and any correspondence with them is not binding. Bids in excess of $50,000 will be accompanied by a security deposit or bid bond in the sum of no less than 5% of the bid amount. In lieu of a bid bond, a cashier's check made out to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the bid is acceptable. Scanned copies of the bond or check are acceptable, and originals will be furnished upon request. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Description of Work: 1.
