As of December 18, 2024, this project has been cancelled by the owner. No further information is expected. Rick Scott Construction acting as the construction manager on behalf of the Newkirk Public Schools is accepting sealed bids for the New Playground Elementary & Middle Schools. Direct all questions and correspondence during the bidding phase to:estimating@rickscottconstruction.com No correspondence shall be directed toward the owner, architect, engineer or designer and any correspondence with them is not binding. BID GUARANTEE: All packages over $50,000.00 require a bid bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and irregularities, and the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid he considers advantageous. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. As of October 8, 2024, the construction manager has moved the pre-bid meeting to October 16, 2024.
