The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids. Minor variations from the Specifications will be evaluated, if the basic requirements are met in your bid. All vendors must be registered with online in order to comply with any federal bidding regulations All bids must be accompanied by a Business Relationship Affidavit, a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification (these forms are included in Bid Packet).
