Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Parking lot improvements include asphalt for 57 parking stalls, installation of sidewalk, ADA sidewalk ramps, irrigation conduit, electrical conduit with parking lot lights, and necessary drainage improvements required by the improvements. The work also includes the installation of streetscape improvements along the west side of North 11th Street between East Hall and East Huning. The work includes all required labor, material, transportation, public notification, traffic control, and services for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. Questions will be accepted in writing until Wednesday April 16th, 2025 until 12:00pm. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
