The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for Window Cleaning services for City Buildings, City of Show Low. The work includes furnishing all required Labor, equipment and materials for window cleaning at seven (7) City Buildings twice annually. The term of the contract is for three (3) years with two (2) one-year extensions. The bids shall include pricing. The successful contractor must demonstrate that they possess the appropriate insurance, licenses and certifications, equipment and experience to complete the project. Question Deadline - 04/23/2025 at 3:00 PM M - Questions must be submitted in writing via US Mail, email, or hand delivered and are due. Submit written questions to: City of Show Low, Barb Hines, 1281 E Thornton Road, Show Low, AZ 85901 or, bhines@showlowaz.gov An Addendum, if needed, will be posted to the City s website by Friday, April 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bid description: Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked: Sealed Bid of Contractor For: Window Cleaning, City of Show Low Project No. FM-7825. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City.
