The City of Lexington Public Works Department seeks statements of qualification from individuals or firms to serve as the owners representative or clerk of the works for various and continuous capital improvement projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, stormwater infrastructure studies, utility construction projects such as water line and sewer replacements, right-of-way enhancements, and road rehabilitations. Work is anticipated to commence in May of 2025. The Lexington Public Works Department will oversee the execution of these projects, with the owners representative acting on behalf of the City of Lexington. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications if it appears in its best interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
