The City of Allentown (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide a detailed and thorough facility condition assessment and analysis of its facilities, fixed assets, and miscellaneous structures on City owned or managed properties including review and update of asset inventory, identification of current facility condition deficiencies, recommendation of corrections for all deficiencies, provision of cost estimates for corrections, and forecasting future capital renewal cost. The City seeks to understand (1) the general condition of all buildings and major components; and (2) the timing and cost of future building components major maintenance and replacement. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing@allentownpa.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
