Lehigh County Authority ("Owner") will receive sealed bids for the Lynn Township Sanitary Sewer System Manhole Rehabilitation project. The work is located at various locations throughout the local collection system and includes various manhole rehabilitation methods and procedures. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Project is subject to the requirements of the Public Works Employee Verification Act and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Lehigh County Authority reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all, to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
