2025 Lloyd Street Mill and Overlay Project Hanover Township, Lehigh County, will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Lloyd Street Mill and Overlay Project. The project generally consists of the mill and bituminous wearing course overlay of the Lloyd Street roadway surface, with spot full depth pavement reconstruction, curb replacement, sanitary sewer manhole frame and lid replacement, and storm sewer inlet and pipe replacement. The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Hanover Township, Lehigh County, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
