Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
It is the intent of this "Invitation" to secure a Contractor to construct/reconstruct ADA Ramps in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act and remove and dispose of sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits, along with incidental work as may be authorized and required by the Contract Administrator. ADA ramps will be constructed primarily in residential areas and areas where the City has previously completed roadway paving improvements. Questions regarding electronic submissions are welcome via email through Purchasing@allentownpa.gov. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the prevailing date and time will be rejected as non-responsive. Question Deadline: 05/13/2025 If any Vendor contemplating the submission of a quotation on this invitation is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specification or other document, they should submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to the Purchasing Agent at purchasing@allentownpa.gov
