The intent of this Quote is to obtain the services of a consulting firm for conservation services for our WPA structures at Lehigh Parkway. This project involves conservation services including producing construction bid documents and providing construction administration for the WPA staircase and landings along Park Drive in Lehigh Parkway. Quotes must be submitted on the forms issued. Unsigned quotes will not be accepted. No quote may be considered if received after the time shown on Page 1. Contractors are expected to examine all instructions, specifications, drawings, sites, installation, etc. Failure to do so will be at the Contractor's risk. Erasures or other changes must be initialed by the person signing the bid. Quotes may be emailed to Margaret M. Anthony, Buyer, at MargaretM.Anthony@allentownpa.gov OR submitted online at online. All quotes must be submitted on and comply with the Proposal Pages provided in order for your quote to be considered. Failure to submit responses on the Proposal Pages provided may result in your quote being declared nonresponsive. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
