PHA is inviting price competitive proposals from Construction Managers (CM) companies with demonstrated experience in Construction Management Services including the oversight of demolition, zoning, design, permits, and construction. CMs are sought to submit responses to this Task Order Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Proposers current base Construction Management Services contract with PHA for construction management services associated with the new construction at 139 E. Clearfield 139 E. Clearfield Street is made of vacant parcels bounded by North Water Street, East Lippincott Street, East Clearfield Street and A Streets in the Upper Kensington area of North Philadelphia. A total of seventy-four (74) units shall be vertically constructed, which will be comprised of a multi-family building containing fifty-four (54) one-bedroom rental units and seven (7) two-bedroom rental units, ranging from net 630 Sq.
