Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal, replacement, and substantial upgrade/improvement of existing stormwater drainage infrastructure (inlets, piping, etc.), installation of one Underground Stormwater Storage System in a Twp. cul-de-sac, installation of a large aboveground stormwater basin (including, but not limited to concrete work, excavation, grading, piping, outlet structure, etc.), and work includes, tree removal, excavation, installation of stormwater storage units, stormwater pipe and structures, concrete curbing, concrete, timber/composite matting, pavement restorations, full/partial width roadway milling and paving, landscape restoration, fencing, as well as erosion and sediment controls, debris/vegetation removal, tree/shrub replanting and restoration. The Township reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids, or any parts of any bids. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders. The work includes, but is not limited to: ha Removal of existing inlets and stormwater piping Installing replacement and new stormwater piping and inlets Connecting new stormwater piping to an existing 62" elliptical pipe Construction of a new aboveground stormwater basin with a concrete wall supported by an embankment Installation of an underground stormwater collection system under Arlyn Circle Construction of a grass reinforced access roadway Construction of perimeter fencing around the proposed aboveground basin Replacement of existing curb and pavement as part of the restoration work. Removal and installation of Sanitary Sewer Piping and Manholes, including sewer bypassing Reinforced Concrete encasement of existing Sanitary Sewer Piping Cured-IN-Place Piping Lining of existing Sanitary Sewer Piping, including internal inspection and sewer bypassing The W-W-UW Stormwater Drainage & Improvement Project will include, but not limited, to excavation, grading, tree removal, removal and installation of underground stormwater drainage system inlets, piping, and connection to an existing culvert, as well as installation of a large aboveground stormwater basin with a reinforced concrete footer/wall and outlet structure, an underground stormwater infiltration bed, concrete curb removal and replacement, roadway trench restoration, milling and asphalt roadway/driveway pavement, as well as erosion and sedimentation control measures, tree planting, seeding/stabilization and landscape restoration.
