Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Furnish & install two (2) sets of 3-350MCM THHN/THWN CU & 1#1 THHN/THWN CU GRD in 3"RSC from Substation G located in the Electric Room on the Upper Mezzanine to DS-MCC-C23 (Disconnect Switch feeding MCC-C23) located on the Ground Floor at Column Line C and 23. Contractor will also be responsible to apply, monitor and remove (upon completion of work) proper lockout and tag out devices in accordance with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM-385-1-1. This is a 8(a) Macc task order for the construction to furnish & install two (2) sets of 3-350MCM THHN/THWN CU & 1#1 THHN/THWN CU GRD in 3"RSC from Substation G located in the Electric Room on the Upper Mezzanine (between Column Lines C/D-5/6) to DS-MCC-C23 (Disconnect Switch feeding MCC-C23) located on the Ground Floor at Column Line C and 23. Contractor will also be repsonsible to apply, monitor and remove (upon completion of work) proper lockout and tag out devices in accordance with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual, EM-385-1-1. Coordinate all Lockout/Tag out control activities with the Government Quality Assurance Representative or other designated Government representative. Pursuant to FAR 36.204(d), the following is provided: The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 05/15/2025 RFIs must be submitted in writing to Francis Caruso at francis.a.caruso10.civ@us.navy.mil and Matt McGovern at matthew.j.mcgovern3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 calendar days after the site visit. Responses for RFIs submitted after the cut-off are not guaranteed, however every effort will be made to respond to those RFIs. Do not submit the same inquiry more than once.
