Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sandersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Contractor will be responsible for providing and installing a 125 KW generator. The generator will meet the following specifications: 125 KW generator, 120/240 volt, three phase, PMG, 60 Hz., with the following features and accessories: *Diesel engine w/isochronous governor *Standard weather protective housing *Block heater *Digital control panel *400-amp main line breaker *Full safety shutdowns *Critical exhaust system - mounted *Battery, rack & cables *Initial fill of antifreeze & oil *Twenty-four (24) hour dual wall base fuel tank - UL approved with low fuel and leak alarms The Contractor will be responsible for pulling a 400 main line amp breaker to the generator and terminate, pull control wire in separate conduit and terminate. Contractor will install a ground rod and connect to the main panel at the fire department. The City of Sandersville will reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and act in the best interest of the City of Sandersville. All communication including questions and substitutions shall be in a written form.
