Bids to include full supply and installation. The Washington County Board of Commissioners is accepting bids for (1) 150 Kw Emergency Generator to be located at the County Courthouse at 132 West Haynes St. Sandersville, Ga. (1) 100 Kw Emergency Generator to be located at the County Health Department at 201 Morningside Dr. Sandersville, Ga. Bids shall include the full installation, demonstration,and test of equipment to include: o Labor o Material o Permits The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids Price includes labor and material to install the following tasks: 1. Saw cut out section of side walk and excavate from building to new generator location north side of building. 2. Install 2- 2 in and 3- 3/4 in pvc conduits underground from north side of building through sidewalk to back side of main disconnect that is existing. 3. Install new 400-amp automatic transfer switch commercial grade mounted on back side of main disconnect wall. 4. Intercept existing conduit and wire and tie into transfer switch. 5. Install new conduit and copper wire from transfer switch to main disconnect. 6. Install concrete pad 12" larger than generator on north side of building. 7. Provide, offload, and set new 100 kw diesel generator commercial grade on new concrete pad. 8. Install 2 sets of 4 wire 3/0 copper wire plus ground from generator to transfer switch per code. 9. Install ground rod at generator. 10. Repour 1 section of sidewalk back that was removed. 11. Continue control conduit and wire to main reception desk and install remote annunciator. 12. continue other 3/4 conduit to breaker panel and pull circuit for battery charger and block heater to generator. 13. Pull circuit for automatic start from transfer switch to generator. 14. Perform NFPA 110 start up and 4 hr. load bank test on generator after completion. Notes: 1. Price includes labor and materials to install the following tasks: 1. Remove existing weather heads and wire to main panel on exterior wall at service. 2. Install new 600 amp service entrance rated transfer automatic transfer switch 120/208v to meet NFPA 110 on exterior wall at existing service location. 3. Install new conduit and wire weatherproof from transfer switch to existing main breaker panel inside electrical room. 4. Pull new feeder wire parallel 350 mcm copper from transfer switch to existing main. 5. Install underground conduit from existing overhead service pole in ground to new ATS with parallel 500 mcm aluminum leaving enough slack for utility company termination up pole. 6. Install concrete pad for new 150 kw 3 phase 120/208 v generator 7. Provide, offload, and set new 150 kw 3 phase 120/208 v diesel generator commercial grade to meet NFPA110 8. Install conduit and cable from generator to front door desk and install remote annunciator. 9. Perform NFPA 110 start up and 4 hr. load bank test on generator after completion. Notes: 1.
