Sullivan Construction is undertaking the construction of a new long-term care facility located in North Bay, on the north side of Canadore College campus. The proposed project involves the construction of a new 145,000 SF, 160-bed Long-Term Care facility at 100 College Drive in North Bay, Ontario. The design is composed of two main wings, a three-storey wing and a two-storey wing, each housing 32 bed home units per floor for a total of 5 resident home areas. The new facility will be constructed over portions of the existing Parking Lot 9 on the northeast side of the existing Canadore College Campus, and South of Cedar Heights Road. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2027.
