Scope of Work To perform acute and chronic toxicity testing of treated wastewater effluent for the St. Johns County Utilities Department. The toxicity testing must satisfy NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permits. The County will be responsible for transporting the treated wastewater effluent to the Supplier for testing. The Supplier must be located within 100 miles of St. Johns County. Testing shall be done on an as needed basis based on the unit cost provided and per the facility s FDEP permit requirements. The Supplier must have the capacity to accept samples Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year. Upon completion of the toxicity test, the Supplier must supply a report within 28 calendar days. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
