Site work for a water / sewer project in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For purposes of this solicitation, ESD hereby establishes an overall goal of 30 percent for MWBE participation, 15% for New York State-certified Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) participation and 15% for New York State-certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) participation (based on the current availability of MBEs and WBEs). The scope of work includes completion of all tasks set forth in Appendices B (Project Manual) and C (Construction Documents), which shall include, but not be limited to the following: o Prime Contractor 1: Site Improvements: a. Rehabilitation of 950+/- feet of concrete seawall, installation of mooring bollards / cleats and installation of seawall fenders. b. Removal of spoils from excavation to adjacent site, followed by coverage in clay/dirt cap to encapsulate. c. Installation of new expansive concrete waterfront promenade. d. Installation of new metal sea-rail and gates at perimeter of site. e. Installation of various landscape/hardscape materials. o Prime Contractor 2: Electric Improvements: a. Installation of new electric service and transformer pad. b. Installation of site lighting along waterfront promenade. c. Installation of empty conduit for future electric work around the site. o Prime Contractor 3: Plumbing Improvements: a. Installation of new water service and hotbox/RPZ to site. b. Installation of new underground water lines to serve various areas of the site. Question Deadline 05/27/2026
