Site work for a water / sewer project in Owensboro, Kentucky. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 3, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The work to be bid includes the construction of approximately 7,500 L.F. of 16" waterline, including all appurtenances as shown on the contract drawing and plans Sealed proposals for this Contract shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope as follows: "Sealed Proposal for Wing Avenue Water Main Replacement not to be opened until 10:00 AM (CT), April 29, 2025." Bids shall be accompanied by certified check or bid bond made payable to the Daviess County Water District, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the base bid. All bidders shall be registered bidders with Bryant Engineering, which can only be accomplished by purchasing plans and specifications through Bryant Engineering. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the date bids are opened. The bidder, however, may withdraw their bid at any time prior to the time and date scheduled for opening of same or any authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered and will be returned unopened to the bidder Last Day for Questions Monday, April 28, 2025 by 12:00 noon Central
