United States Coast Guard SSD Owensboro, KY is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to remove all drift wood and debris from around mooring dolphins, upper pilings, and mooring dock of the Coast Guard property in Owensboro, KY, homeport of the CGC OBION. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work, and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at USCG SSD Owensboro, KY. 3301 East 4th St. 42303. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Small Business Set-aside, the applicable NAICS code is 562119 and small business size standard is $27M. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All work is to be completed in accordance with the SOW. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder.
