Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Point Reyes Station, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This contract is for furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for the installation of large woody debris, rock structures, and gravel augmentation in Lagunitas Creek. The work to be done is located in Marin Watershed Lands and Samuel P. Taylor State Park between the Leo T. Cronin Fish Viewing Area and the Irving Group Picnic Area within the County of Marin, California. Engineers Estimate: $2,653,600 Project Questions Deadline: Any explanation desired by Bidders regarding the meaning or interpretation of any of the contract documents shall be submitted to the District no later than April 25, 2025 at 5:00 PM. The Contractor performing work under this contract shall possess a Class A Contractor's license which is valid in the State of California at the time the contract is awarded. The certified check, cash, cashier's check or bid bond shall be not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid and shall be payable to the Marin Municipal Water District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids.
