The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, permits/licenses, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to provide cleaning, hydrovac flushing, and video camera filming and inspection of the sewer and storm drain systems. These services will be on an as needed basis for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (SQRC), located at 100 Main Street, San Quentin, California 94964.
