All prequalification questionnaires will be received until April 18, 2025. Any contractor that has prequalified on a District project within the past twelve (12) months may be able to satisfy the prequalification requirements for this project. All questions regarding the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the District. This bid security shall be a guarantee that the Bidder shall, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100 % Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project.
