Renovation of a laboratory facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Reference Number 0000291042 Regulatory and Security Science Main (RSS Main) Project located on Fallowfield Road between Cedarview Road and Greenbank Road, in Ottawa ON will be the central portion of a hub science research project and will support science-based projects. The project includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings, Guard shack. The project also involves construction and installation of geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction.
